According to a report by World Economic Forum, Complex Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Creativity will be the top three skills by 2020, while these skills exist already, their significance will increase in the coming years with updated technologies, products and contemporary ways of work style. The highlights excerpted by Dell Technologies and Institute for the Future (IFTF) on the ‘Future of Work’, found that the ‘future of work’ is intricately linked to the future of learning which determines how we educate our youth and concoct them for the future world.
